Pale ruby color with hints of pink in the glass. The nose is fruity, tangy and fresh. On the palate, there are hints of Watermelon Kool-Aid and ripe strawberries. The wine has juicy, approachable, and lustful notes with toasty overtones.
The grapes were carefully brought into the cellar and gently placed in a stainless steel fermenter. The tank was then securely wrapped and sealed, enabling the grapes to initiate fermentation through carbonic maceration. After a period of 15 days, the tank underwent foot treading before being pressed. The wine continued its fermentation process in barrels, where it remained on its lees for a year. Neutral burgundy barrels were selected to provide the wine with a peaceful resting place.
